Nice! Yes, Shereline had a number of Demonstration Homes on that strip of Pennant Hills Road including the flat roofed "Executive" designed by Bruce Rickard. Most of them are still standing. I found an advertisement last weekend which showed Shereline had a Demonstration Home on the Pacific Highway at Charlestown NSW.
