Property Advert of the Week: "Oxford" and "Cambridge" unit towers - Mosman (1968)

Below is an 1968 newspaper advertisement for two Mosman apartment buildings that were jointly built in the late 1960's. If driving to Manly on Military Road from the city, you will notice both buildings on your left as you make the bend towards the shopping precinct at Spit Junction.

Property Advert of the Week: Mornington, Bondi (1971)

The unit complex at 3 Campbell Street, Bondi is very noticeable on the landscape at the southern end of Bondi Beach. $35 000 bought you an apartment with "million dollar views" which certainly lives up to it five decades later.

Property Advert of the Week: Milepost, Randwick (1968)

This week, we head to Randwick where $14 500 bought you an apartment at 94 Alison Road with views to Randwick Racecourse. In recent times, apartments have been fetching at least $700 000 on the market. One sale netted the vendor $850 000 last year.
