Property Advert of the Week: Three bedroom homes for sale - Seven Hills (1967)

In 1967, three-bedroom homes were for sale at Seven Hills for a deposit of $600 (£300). According to the map, the homes were located in an area to the east of Seven Hills Road, in and around Lucretia Road.

Property Advert of the Week: Carrington Green, Seven Hills (1995)

Below is a 1995 newspaper advertisement promoting a townhouse complex - Carrington Green with townhouses on sale from just $166 000. It is located at the end of Bogan Place, Seven Hills, though it was advertised as Toongabbie. Click here to view the location on Google Earth.

Property Advert of the Week: Grantham Heights Estate, Seven Hills (1966)

Below is a newspaper advertisement from 1966 promoting the sale of homesites at Seven Hills in the Grantham Heights Estate. £95 pounds ($190)  was required for a deposit or could be purchased outright from £1225 ($2500).

Access to the estate was via Harwood Street.

Property Advert of the Week: Seven Hills & Toongabbie House and Land Packages (1968)

In 1968, Philip York were offering house and land packages in Seven Hills and Toongabbie from $9975.

According to the RBA Inflation Calculator this would equate to the equivalent of $126 500 today.
