Property Advert of the Week: Killarney Heights Land Release (1964)

Below is a 1964 newspaper advertisement promoting 150 homesites on offer at Killarney Heights. The homesites on offer started from £2100 ($4200), which, according to the RBA Inflation Calculator, was equivalent to spending around $74 200 today.

Property Advert of the Week: Grantham Heights Estate, Seven Hills (1966)

Below is a newspaper advertisement from 1966 promoting the sale of homesites at Seven Hills in the Grantham Heights Estate. £95 pounds ($190)  was required for a deposit or could be purchased outright from £1225 ($2500).

Access to the estate was via Harwood Street.

Property Advert of the Week: Hooker-Rex Land Sales Advertisement (1966)

Below is a newspaper advertisement from Hooker-Rex dating from 1966. Three blocks of land were on offer at Kendall Street, Sans Souci and nine blocks of land at Cross Street, Baulkham Hills.  

Only a £70 deposit ($140) was required.
