Below is a 1966 newspaper advertisement for The Tor at Elizabeth Bay. In a previously posted advertisement, apartments were advertised for £4450 ($8900) but had now increased to £4750 ($9500). According to the RBA Inflation Calculator, the price set the buyer back $140 000 in today's money.
