Property Advert of the Week: Meriton Advertisement (1973)

Below is a 1973 newspaper advertisement from Meriton Apartments (then known as Meriton Properties) promoting apartments for sale in Sydney.

The main listing was for 23-25 Sherbrook Road, Hornsby. In addition, apartments were on sale in Dee Why, Randwick, Harbord, Caringbah, Lane Cove and Mortdale.

Property Advert of the Week: Jubilee Towers, Hornsby (1996)

Below is a newspaper advertisementt from 1996 by Meriton Apartments for the Jubilee Towers in Hornsby. Located at the southern end of the central business district, it is a five minute walk to Westfield and ten minute walk to the railway station.

Apartments started at $159 000 for a one bedroom apartment, $179 000 for a two bedroom apartment and $239 000 for a three bedroom apartment.

Property Advert of the Week: Meriton Apartments Full Page Advertisement (1997)

Remember back in the late 1990's when The Sydney Morning Herald had the huge Real Estate Liftout in its very bumper Saturday editions? Meriton used to take out a full page advertisement showcasing apartment projects across the city I have got a few lurking around, but I'll pick 1997 this week. Meriton projects included:

• Regis Towers (City)
• Millennium Towers (City)
• Dalgety Square (Ultimo)
• The Darlington (Pyrmont)
• Newington Towers (Maroubra)
• Regal Court (Strathfield)
