This week, I share with you an advertisement promoting homes at Wattle Grove from 1995. You could have your own three bedroom home for as little as $132 000. Over the past twenty years, the value of a three bedroom home has increased by about threefold. The Median price is now about $544 000 for a three bedroom home and a four bedroom home is now worth $630 000.
