Below is a newspaper advertisement from 2000 promoting apartments in the Balmain Cove and Balmain Shores development at Rozelle. This is the site of the former Balmain Power Station.

Below is a 1997 newspaper advertisement by Australand Properties to promote the Rivermont Place development at Menai.

The apartment block featured occupies land at the corner of Allison Crescent and Schofield Place, Menai, with the townhouses located in the vicinity. It is opposite the HomeCo. Menai Marketplace, providing residents with easy access to shops.

Property Advert of the Week: SMH Australand Advertisement (1998)

In our final Property Advert of the Week for 2020, below is a newspaper advertisement by Australand promoting developments across Sydney that was published in The Sydney Morning Herald on June 13, 1998.

The advertisement promoted new estates at Belrose, Castle Hill and Thornleigh along with its Bridgeport Tower in Bridge Street in the Sydney CBD and Huntleys Cove (which today is a stand alone suburb).

Below is a 1997 newspaper advertisement for the Bentleigh Apartments in North Sydney. It was located in William Street while the display centre was at Milsons Point.

Property Advert of the Week: Bridgeport Apartments (1997)

Bridgeport is the first and only residential building currently located in Bridge Street. In 1997, apartments were on sale. Good address if your office is nearby or want to enjoy the harbour or nearby Botanic Gardens.

Property Advert of the Week: Bridgeport Ad (1997)

This week, our property advert of the week is for the Bridgeport Apartments at Bridge Street in central Sydney from 1997. Apartments were selling solidly in the tower. As of July 1997, 60 % of apartments had been sold. Studios started at just under $200 000, with Penthouses on sale from $1.382 million.
